The following policies ensure respect for both your time and our therapists.

Professional Conduct

Tough Love Massage maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior.

• Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual. 
• Any sexual remarks, jokes, gestures, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session
• The full session fee will be charged
• We reserve the right to refuse all future services

Hygiene

Massage therapy involves close-contact bodywork.

• Clients are expected to arrive in clean condition
• If hygiene standards are not met, the session may be refused or ended, and the full session fee may apply.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
• The full session fee still applies

Pricing

• All services are set at the time of booking
• We do not negotiate or adjust pricing at appointments

Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
• A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if these policies are not respected.
